Who we are

Founded in 2009, XMA Solutions has established itself as a reference in and around Montreal, thanks to its product and service offerings dedicated to optimizing office processes.

Our team supports companies in Quebec and Ontario in their quest for operational excellence, by proposing technological solutions adapted to their reality and aligned with their vision. In particular, we offer solutions for digital transformation, IT services, sales consulting and printing.

Your role

As a Strategic Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting the full range of Xerox printing solutions to an existing customer base, as well as in business development. Available territories are mainly located near the greater Montreal area. The allocation of territories takes into account the candidate's place of residence and level of bilingualism. Sales activities require physical and telephone prospecting to set up at least 10 appointments per week.


Sales targets

Sales targets are set at $640,000 per year for Xerox solutions, equivalent to approximately 50 to 75 units sold annually. This includes printing devices, software and IT solutions. In addition, sales of products and services from our other three divisions (Digital Transformation, IT Services and Sales Consulting) contribute approximately $100,000.



Xerox offers professional training over a 24-month period, culminating in a professional sales certificate. The training is divided into nine phases, including classroom sessions, on-the-job coaching, role-playing exercises and role-playing situations.



As a sales representative, you'll benefit from the full support of the XMA and Xerox Canada team, including an onboarding director, sales managers, product specialists, program managers, technical analysts and service representatives.


Salary conditions

After the first six months, base compensation will be $50,000 to $60,000, including travel expenses. Total compensation, including sales commissions, ranges from $82,000 to 103,000% when objectives are met.


Other terms and conditions

Benefits include a fixed monthly expense allowance, fringe benefits, an iPhone, a laptop, access to a database, and three weeks' vacation upon hire.



XMA aims to retain its employees and foster their development within the organization. Promotion opportunities are available after 12 months, with the possibility of moving up to senior sales representative, specialist, sales team manager or to one of XMA's other three divisions. Promotion within Xerox Canada could also be considered after 24-30 months, depending on sales results and demonstrated skills.
